A few years ago, I too was where you are now. My hair was falling out, I couldn’t eat or sleep, I spent many days curled up in a little ball on my bedroom floor, wishing it could all be over so that I didn’t have to suffer like that anymore. My divorce brought up the most painful thoughts, beliefs and emotions that I had ever faced.

Fortunately, a good friend saw me in this 9-1-1 state and suggested I try Satori Coaching with her. I was resistant at first but gave it a try because I figured I had nothing to lose at that point, and to my surprise, I started to feel instant relief from my pain.

The word “Satori” is a Zen Japanese word that describes the instant state of harmony that occurs when the body, mind, heart, and spirit are in alignment.
